Fl-20 question

I have an fl20 and im looking to get my wife a unit at some poi t.... My buddy has a vx1 and its makes my fl20 go beserk i cant fish next to him.... Is there a machine. Do i ha e to get another vex unit to be able to fish next to each other.... The interference was crazy with the vx1.... Is that gonna happen with all units or what not a lot of experience with multiple sonars

Seems to be, my lx3 plays halfway nice with my Garmin Stryker 4, still have some interference, but has been manageable.

You are using the IR button YES ..note only use one units IR choices/cycle at a time..you may only be able to get rid of most sometimes not all.

Sometimes switching the Vexilar to low power can help or switching transducer angle
