Hunters point made it very clear last Friday that if you didn’t bring your house close in Saturday afternoon they wouldn’t come get you on Sunday.  But there are those people that believe their truck can’t get stuck because of their superb driving skills

Reading up on this makes me always glad to keep a shovel and even tire chains around when I do venture out onto a lake.  Often I do go at it solo and there's no one to help me get unstuck in any snow drift.  I've helped plenty along the way while I'm out there.  It's all about preparations too.
