I was the only one on the lake! Of course the pair of bald eagles were a bonus. Was able to get out from the boat launch. 6 inches of good ice - no water on top. Some soft ice near the inflows. Took home 14 gills and a decent perch. Toughest part was the wind. Best part was the silence. Be safe - I had my spud with me.
