How do i create my team ice shanty profile w/weather

This is all new to me.
I tried this but i must not have done it correctly. I copied the html in the area where it said url and i wrote weather underground in the box above. What did i do wrong?

I tried that.It didn't work. I thought it says that no large images or print will work.So i tried it in the url area. I think i'm close but i must be forgetting something?
