First trip of the year

Saw the first Ice fisherman of the year out on Lake Helena earlier this week. Didn’t think the ice was safe yet anyone else been out?

I was out there 12/2. About 100yrds straight out from boat launch. 4 inches of ice. Lots of ice skaters. This week high Temps expected.  I won't be going back anytime soon. I hope we'll get winter!
