Not near Sebago myself but in general lots of snow, lots of slush and not a lot of ice.  Maine has had a tough year so far.  There is supposed to be a cold spell coming up which may firm things up a bit, but conditions are not ideal.  Check the Maine thread.  No one posts in reports and conditions, so the best source is the actual thread itself.

drove past the station this am. you can launch a boat still.no ice anywhere

If we are lucky the wind won’t be too bad and Tues-sat will be cold enough to form some ice by the station???
