 I love their plastics and prices. But I ordered November 23rd and have not received my order yet. Don't know how to get a hold of them email doesn't work. A good product but poor customer service. I hope everybody else has had better results than me.

Most of us know about the problems.The least a company could do is send an email and tell the customer that there will be delays.
Don't keep the customers hanging.

Exactly they have my email address but theirs doesn't work.

You've said you've ordered from them before. I looked at their website and there is no address or contact info listed. That's always a red flag

Just went back to their website if you order it won't let you check out now. At least I didn't lose a lot of money. Messing with somebody's ice fishing stuff is pretty damn low.
