Great service from Acme Tackle

I just got done emailing with Amy at Acme Tackle. I had ordered one of their lures only to open it and find poor paint on the back side. After email tag with her, they are sending me a replacement. I really just wanted to let them know about a quality issue, but a replacement is outstanding service.
