My favorite are Custom Jigs and Spins Chekai in Wonder Glow and Gold Glo Tip. Can't help much with plastics because I am still experimenting. But have had success with Clam Maki.

Dave, what size Chekai do you prefer? I caught  a nice 13" crappie in a 3mm Wonder Glow the other day.

I use primarily 3mm & 4mm for Bluegill and Crappie.
