Missed Shark Trip by 4 days
« on: Mar 24, 2005, 08:22 AM »
Had so much fun on Saturday I decided to take my wife and son to Sabattus.  We caught a 35" pike that weighed 11 pounds :o  Just curious, is that a trophy for the lake?  It was for us ;D ;D
when hell freezes over, I'll be icefishing there too!

Wow-26 pounds :o  We kept the fish, I gave the pike to my neighbor so I didn't cut it open but it did kinda look like one of those cute Lewiston girls :D

yes there numbers are not as high (or not as concentrated) but there are some true giants. North pond gave up the state record only a few short years ago.
