Adding my Avatar if I don't belong to Facebook, etc ?

How can I add my own personal picture as an Avatar if I don't belong to Facebook, Photobucket, etc. I can easily add it to other fishing sites such as NEFF, GST, etc.

I am aware of the 120 x120 pixel restriction.

you need to make a few more posts first, once yo get to 5 posts it will unlock all the features of the site to you.

As of 10:30 AM on Sunday, 2/13/2011 I have 5 posts, but I still don't see a way to add my own Avatar without belonging to Facebook or some other site.
Where do I go to add it to my profile?
