Anyone useing Aqua vu's micro underwater camera?

After doing a little research....I sold myself on one.  Ordered it Monday & should have it tomorrow.  I like the unit being compact for easy transport.

I got one for Christmas. Took it out and the camera quit working after about 10 minutes. Thought I did something brought it home , charged it up back out a day later same thing. Did some research and found they had a run of bad cameras, the viewer is fine. Sent AV an email and they sent me a new camera by the end of the week. Had it out Friday and worked like a champ. Found some rocks I didn't know about saw some perch taking bait. I'm working on a tri-pod for it right now.

I have a tripod I will pack over with me next time I come over that way. Is there a way to attach it like any other camera, spotting scope etc or does it require a custom setup?

Got a marcum, looked like a better deal and I get 25' more cable. Can't wait for it to get here.

While watching the foot ball game I hooked the camera to a back packing tripod. Great fit. Working on a hood/cover for the sun glare. Should work pretty well. Thanks for the offer Houligan.
