Call a real estate agent in sylvan beach. In the winter season their is usually a lot available and at a good price. You may not be right on the water but their is ample access all around and plenty of parking.

If you're willing to do a little research, try Airbnb or Home Away.

I've rented some beautiful homes, condos and cabins all over the place at really reasonable rates, much less than a motel room with a lot more amenities.
