Title: Ding in new truck
Post by: mboss13 on Jan 15, 2018, 01:44 PM
Decided to drive the new truck out on the lake yesterday. As I was packing up and rolling the bed cover over my equipment a wind gust took the cover out of my hands and snapped it against the roof of the truck leaving about a 3.5 inch ding. Didn't take out paint so crossing fingers on pdr. Oh, also didn't catch anything. Makes me wonder if the best day at work is still worse than worst day fishing.........grrr.

A few years from now it won't sting so bad and it will remind you  (hopefully) of some good times had on the ice.

It is a lease, so I did end up getting it taken out
The local guy did a nice job on it with pdr and you can't tell without a magnifying glass and the right light angle where it even was. That was the most expensive day fishing this season so far. Could have been worse if they said no to the pdr. You never know.
