Eyes???

Anyone ever use eyes for crappie? I know they work for perch but would they work on crappie?

i've used perch eyes for perch and got an occasional crappie or bluegill. might just have been the conditions were right. anything will work sometimes, but nothing will work everytime. it's always worth a try though.tight lines. blue mule

I don't see why not, the only problem you may run into if theres a large perch population is catching perch even thou your targeting the crappies

i tried using a bluegill eye once when the bite was hot they didnt want anythign to do with it not even the perch
