There is a foam board insulation with foil on both sides, refelectix, pretty ridgid stuff anyone making walls/roof out of this material?? Was thinking of using 1x3 and mounting them with thin metal rounds like a washer and secure them with a screw. very light wt material, could probably get it on the ice by human power alone.

That will work.

Make sure you use large fender washers, the other ones want to pull through after a while
