Good luck.  I hope you're not planning on catching any walleye.  There aren't many caught through the ice in Utah.  Perch and trout are the most common targets around here.

Trout would be awesome. I would like to get some, and get it smoked. I forget the name of the species of trout, that my friend said they catch.

Gonna be a "get together" at Starvation Res. on Sat.  People with 4 wheelers to help haul gear, power augers to drill holes for you.  Good folks, good times.

If you want more info, PM me and I'll get you to the website with the scoop on the get together.
If not, try Deer Creek, near Charleston.  They have been getting trout there pretty regular for a couple of weeks now.

Not sure if I am goim to be able to fish Sat, or not. If I do it will have to be close to Salt Lake city. I know a couple of people to take me, I just have no idea of any lakes in the area. I will let them know about the get together. Thanks for the tips.
