ice condition
« on: Mar 05, 2010, 10:43 PM »
Has anybody been out around the Quadcities? Just wondering if the ice was still safe or has the weather took its toll. Its not quite warm enough for swimming yet!
 Thanks
  Matt

Just opposite here in Bloomington area ponds are wide open mostly still ice in some areas of lakes at least till Saturday.

I heard the Walleyes are biting at the dams. I was hoping to get the boat out this weekend and catch a few,but my wife decided we needed to visit her uncle up in Wis. instead. So many fish and so little time! Good luck this weekend!
