Title: Clam Big Foot thermal

Hi Folks, used the unit twice and on second trip having a bit of an issue with snow skirt. On two sides, the skirt is sitting too high off ground. Not sure what happened but over 1/2 of skirt does not hit the ground. Any one run into this? Not sure how to fix?

Is it possible that you bent your poles during transportation?
