Anyone on the Hardwater?

I fished up in Rutland MA. today. Plenty of ice and fish. I think we are done here.

We fished on 24 inches of ice mix on Saturday in southern NH. 12 inches was solid. Lots of slush. Very windy. 28 total. Mostly perch with crappie and one bass. Deer on the grill.  Nice bag of filets.

Still on the ice here in upstate NY just south of Lake Champlain.  But it's going fast.  Noticed last night the thermocline is only 2 foot or so under the bottom of the ice.  Surface ice was candled a bit but not bad yet.  The foot or so under the surface ice was still hard.  Fresh crappie and bluegill filets with our backyard chicken eggs for breakfast today.  FM

I was on Winni this past weekend and crushed the white perch on the jig stick. I posted "Jig-a-thon" in the NH board. Still 15-18" black with 3-5" of slop on top.

Ice was cracking a lot...got off around 10 A.M. ish.  Always sounds louder when your alone.
