First Ice of the 2019/2020 Season

Had to get up above 4000' feet to find safe ice but was greatly rewarded with a beautiful day of catching Tiger and Brookies on a small lake in the mountains utterly alone. With this weeks temps smaller lakes in the Okanogan and Colville highlands will start locking up.

Nice video. Great to hit that first ice. See the state of Washington is cold early this year making ice. Have relatives in the Colville area. Keep up the good work.
