Engman Lake
« on: Dec 09, 2007, 08:07 PM »
My Dad and I went to Engman Lake this morning. There is only about 4 solid inches of ice. I thought there would be a bit more, due to the lakes small size and being in an area where it is usually pretty cold. Anyway, we landed two small pike and only saw a few small bluegills and perch on the Aqua Vu.

that lake got overfished last year for bluegill. my friends dad went out there last year and from what i heard would take his limit day after day of bluegill. i went out there once or twice before he really started doing it often, but its sad to see someone taking that many bluegill when you know they wont need that many.
