NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt with Pfizer.

In Minnesota, the future of ice fishing, a longtime winter tradition is being threatened by climate change. Rising temperatures and an El Niño weather pattern have hindered ice formation on the Mille Lacs Lake. Thin ice means fewer customers for business owners who rely on the cold weather and say they’re having a slow season. A lake once dotted with enough ice fishing houses to warrant pizza deliveries onto the frozen lake is now barren, with just a few structures close to shore. NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch reports.

No big deal. Artic Cat went out of business for a few years in the eightys due to lack of snow and warm winters. Cold winters will be back.

If you fish the wrong lure long and hard enough it will eventually become the right lure!
