Piermont Setback

Was wondering if anyone new how the conditions were at the setback in Piermont and how the bite has been.

I never got down there this year.

Have heard that its sketchy. I would use caution. the river rising and falling and warm weather did a number on it.

I haven't fished it in a month but years ago the edges always got sketchy this time of year. We used to get wet getting off the ice after a warm day!

My dad and uncle have been there a bunch of times this year. It’s been a total dead zone. Used to be my favorite place to go. Now you’re lucky to catch a fish.
