You use the main Ice Shanty tournament card when it is released at the opener which is normally Jan. 1st.
There will also be a link to the tourney card in the rules and regs once the card is released, I'll update the rules.

you can't, you'll have to email it to yourself and upload it to a holding site like photobucket.com
