Sucks even more when you forget to carry your minnow bucket down and it dumps in your sled...!

If I caught a limit of good perch I would definitely ask for recommendations on somewhere else to go.  Trying to save on bait?

Just a reminder guys you need to take your 1lb propane tanks home with you. Was at the tressel today and picked up a propane tank some one discarded in the parking lot.

never heard of anyone targeting pike out of here...I feel that there are better options, like the south end of silver, conesus or Keuka

Try the northeast corner around the island's.  Don't see a lot of people targeting them but they are there!

Not so long ago, people used to target and catch monster pike around there.  I think on the northeast side up by the islands.
Not sure how recent history has been.

The other year I got out on the side street at Maiden Lane and parked on Greig Street.  I'd drop my stuff and then go park but it gets tight early there. I have not seen any reports on ice there but I am sure access will be okay still.  Good luck.

I keep seeing posts about the trestle. Are they talking about the bridge at the south end by the bait shop? If not, where is it and where do you park there? Thanks in advance.

Are you kidding me ICERUGUE?  Around the islands on Sodus is some of the best pike fishing around.  Big pike and good numbers.  Access sucks but if you have a machine, it doesn't matter.  I would rather chase big pike on Sodus over Silver or Conesus any day.

Do a little reading on the reports and conditions page. Might get lucky.
