Title: Lake Trout rod recommendations

Looking for a jigging rod for this reel (KastKing Rover Round) Wondering if anyone uses these primarily trolling rods for jigging deep water.

Look at a heavy action Ugly Stick 48". I use a line counter reel that looks close to the one you've shown and the rods preform well.
