Perch at pigeon lake AB

Any one catch perch on pigeon lake alberta someone told me 4.5km directly out of provincal park is the place to go

       Hey There Troutfisherwill
         I've fished Pigeon for quite a few years and have never met anyone who has got perch at the lake.Most guys head down the hiway to Gull lake for perch. The only place on pigeon that I can think of that might have perch is at the northwest end of the lake but they closed that area this year to all fishing.Coal lake, Pine lake ,Gull lake and Hasting lake are other lakes in the area that have perch.I'm planning to try out Hasting lake around Christmas so I'll let you know how it is.

thank for the advice i used to fish in front of grandveiw and caught monster perch - 2LBS but i havent tried the for the last 2 years i know there in the lake i just have to find where
