Went past Horsetail & Tampier today and both are completely iced up. Both look to have cloudy ice !! We'll check the thickness later this week. We're supposed to have real cold temps at night here. Both of these lakes can give you some enjoyable ice fishing. They're not trophy lakes by no means but if their close to home they can scratch your itch. Another decent lake is Maple but we did not drive by that one. I assume that if Tampier is locked up then Maple should be also. 8) Glenn
