Cow banks fishing

Hope to drive to S. Hero for two days chasing pan fish for the freezer.  Can anybody tell me what the State launch is like and whether the fish might bite?

You'd be better off heading to St. Alban's Bay to track down that school of white perch folks have been hammering. If you can find it, filling up the freezer is no issue!

:o checked at st albans?  Not a room to be had.  Ice fishing can be big business.  Nowhere to stay on islands either.  I'll make reservations really early next .  Holiday Harbor wouldn't even return a phone call or email

Bruce has shut down for the season. We were there for his last weekend. I believe he was off to visit relatives on the West coast. Try the Swanton Motel we stayed there late March last year.

Air bnb

X2 stayed right on the water earlier in the year.  Granted it was on tiny perch grounds but quick access to tons of other spots and 25 minutes to burlington.
