Title: Ice Fishers Anonymous Meeting at The Bayside

By now you've sorted and re-sorted your jigs, re-spooled all your reels, spent untold amounts of money on new toys you can't tell your spouse about, dusted off your fishtrap, polished your auger, tried on your new boots and hat and are slowly going out of your mind waiting for the first ice.....much to the dismay of your friends, spouses and, or significant others.

I'm here to help!

As the self appointed President of Ice Fishers Anonymous I am pleased to announce a "Therapy Session" is scheduled for this coming Saturday afternoon, 12/10/2005, from 3:30pm - till......for the purpose of stress and anxiety alleviation. As always, this session is open to all and will be held at The Bayside Inn on the North end of Irondequoit Bay.

Join us in group discussions and exercises (elbow bends only please) .

It may not help....But it can't hurt! :woot:

Did you find sometime to make it to the bays for fall perch? I had a pretty good season!!!

Post by: fishingking on Dec 04, 2005, 10:01 PM: Ive bought plenty of new toys but i havent gotten my stuff out yet all i need to do this year is put the new shanty together other then that my OCD payed off again all my icefishing stuff from last year is all organzed and ready to go since april 1st last year (the last day i got out)

Post by: FingerLakesFisher on Dec 06, 2005, 06:26 PM: Wife has me going to a Christmas Party Sat afternoon. Fished the tournament there last year. It was fun. Got to meet a lot of nice guys. A few jerks, they were not to cordial. Never fished Irodequoit bay before. Asked about some places to fish etc. They gave me the run around. Oh well, there is always a few no matter where you go. It wasn't like I was asking to fish their holes. Just wanted to know some spots that decent fish have been caught. Place to avoid, thin ice parkig etc.... How is the ice in the shallow water out behind the bar? Might good to go soon???

It is nice although, to see some screennames I havn't seen in a while.
