I gotta wait to see your video Snag.  My computer moniter is all screwed up >:(  I also just heard some news about big bay for you guys who fish there.  I guess the spot where everyone who parks at mc gills accesses big bay by that little bar is now posted by DEC.  The landowners on either side of that "right of way"  spent a bunch of money on lawers and stuff to research it.  I guess the end result is that only two landowners can use that "right of way" and it is now posted to the public.  Just heard this information from an old timer who fishes down there a lot.  Not sure about other accesses down there besides the other bigger bar down the other road.  In addition lots of landowners down in the big bay area are posting their land because they think fishermen are going to try to access via their land.

Just got home from the ice show.  They had a pretty good amount of tackle and gear and ended up running into a bunch of people.  I saw filet and release, coach warner, FM, s10xr, duffy, wet sleeves, dark cloud, HT, and some buddys who arent on the computer.  Good seeing you guys today.  Hopefully we can get on the ice sometime soon!

I was there I ended up getting 4 spools of line.  suffix 832 and a macho minnow.  Not much I needed.  Was not to impressed with Ganders Inventory.

Neither was I...

I checked out both BPS and GM. I think BPS had a better inventory and GM with the better show. Glad I hit both of them!

At BPS I did get a Lowrance Mark 4, plan on using it in the winter as GPS and a GPS/Fishfinder in the warmer weather. Also picked up some jigs(CJ&S and Fiskas) and a pair of wool socks(RedHead) guaranteed for life, they said if they get worn just bring them back for a new pair.

Its true Bart, I've boughten 3 pairs and have exchanged them all at least once. I wear wool socks year round so they are definitely worth the money.

The Gander Mtn show is better than not having one at all. Besides I picked up a new Fenwick that my GF won.
