Homemade sled?

Any suggestions on how to make one. I've been ice fishing for 2 years and always just used my brother-in laws. I would like to make my own. Any suggestions?

Iceman, there is a post in the General category that has pictures of others sleds.
Maybe you can get some ideas from these.  Good luck, and let us know how it turns out.
