sorry guys may have to apoligize in advanced if we cant get out this weekend since i just spent the money on a new clam. lets hope the winds dont keep blowing and they lock up soon

Slocum is the closest for me as well, but would rather other lakes. Drove up PA-29 today, Stevens looked locked up, Oxbow lake was still open water.

got a report from a friend who lives on sylvan, he said there is ice on it but did not say how much ice was on it or if it was even locked up. just a brief report.

With the weather this week the all should be making ice. Baring any warm ups we should be fishing very soon.

ive been checking several private lakes in the western poconos.  drilles some holes near albrightsville......1 to 2 inches clear plus 2 to 3 yuk ice.
this weekend were fishin!!!
