Here in Colorado they also call it reclaiming. Davis lake has been the victom of Rotenone before and either the pike were restocked or the kill was incomplete.
The CDOW shocks, poisons, and removes limits here and still these great fish remain ---- the -------s. They have the same treatment for LMB, SMB, Perch, Cats, and all other warmwater species if they are present in the Colorado River Basin. If the rest of the country could see the thousands of fish lost each year some of the -------- would probably be going to jail.

Well, I guess I missed the boat. The way they are making it sound, you could walk across the water on pike. I have been looking for such a place my entire life!!! I am still looking for my monster gator, guess I should get out of  the house more often :D
