Not sure what we are getting here in North Hero. looks like a whiteout between the snow and heavy wind. Parts of my driveway are bare while there is a 5' drift at another spot so it is hard to figure out what we really have. Going to slow up the access and bite for sure.

The snow will put the brakes on good fishing ,hard to navigate if we get slop on the ice.

Glad I went out Saturday!
Just got done running snowthriwer in my driveway, 16" so far and still coming down at a good pace.
This snowstorm will mess up ice fishing.

have not used the old Tundra on the lake for a few years. Looks like this may be a good year for it.

If that happens it will shrink the snow cover. Might be a good thing. 2 feet of snow on the ice isn't good for fishing or getting around.

Yea good point. Just as long as the slush right above the ice doesnt make an appearance!

My girlfriend and I experienced some slush on the ice for the first time. It was under some snow and it felt like we were breaking through with each step. Not very fun.

Yeah I checked a spot out today in the truck and could see where a wheeler with chains all around fought his way out for a little ways. Was fairly deep water in the tracks. Not fun.
