I have bot 6 and 8 inch flutes was thinking of the quick connect kit for faster changes. I know a few guys use them. Any issues with wobbling or flute falling off power head at the wrong time? I've read a few reports of people losing fluted bit down holes because  they were not locked in? Could be user error?

Last season was the first time using my quick connector and no issues whatsoever. I can see if someone wasn’t paying attention you could miss getting the pin in the slot but I make sure the connection is solid.
You have to watch your Allen screws to keep them tight or you’ll get some wobble but you Would need to do that without the quick as well.
I think if mine went down a hole I would fix up some kind of grapple and retrieve that sucker while watching on my camera!
I’ve retrieved lost jigs that way!
I would recommend the quickie!

Wayne no problem with mine. Makes for easy packing in the back of my truck.

I use mine every time I set up the shelter as I use the anchor driver.  It works great and I do not have to carry a drill.

I use mine for ancors also, great little add on for sure
