In a previous post I was commenting on the Marcum pan-cam stysten I recently bought.
I purchased this unit February 14th of this year and it saw water a total of 4 days, this system worked nicely and has a lot of nice features.
I put this unit away for the season and didn’t anticipate using it until next year until I bought a large flat screen to hook up to it in the shack.
This is when I noticed the cover that protects the actual camera lens was full of water.
I immediately called Marcum customer service and told them the problem.
Long story longer, from start to end I had a new camera in my hands in less than 5 days from marcum! No questions asked.
Only thing they required was pictures of the lens and serial #. Boom done!
They were great to deal with beginning to end!
