We had a great day!! The Crappie bite was soft but the kids learned quickly.

We had 2 boys on the ice yesterday, 4 and 5. They chased flags all day.... 2 brookies and a bunch of pickerel. We got home with 2 very tired boys. Grampy fell asleep in his chair about 7:30 as well. Good times with the family.

Great day. I would say the "kids learned quickly" for sure. My bet is that a good teacher was a good part of that

I think Ice Fishing Crappie and Kids, go together like peanut butter and jelly.
But we filleted out 15 crappie and had one heck of a feed.
