Yellow or white scud bug, or perch mimic minnow if you are strictly asking about jigs.  My go to lure is a slender spoon.

Red or Chartruse Fiskas with a waxworm plus anything that glows is good in my lake...but I am going to try plastics and some forage minnow spoons this winter!

It's a fine line between fishing & sitting on the ice like an idiot

Definitely like the green glows. I did well on big fish last year with the Lindy Darters and Rattl'n Flyers. We'd start with big, loud lures and call them in. On the rare day that they were shy, we'd downsize to more subtle jigs. The Darter made a racket and would bring them in from a distance...

JamminJigs red glow Neon Tiger at night. During the day, Little Atom Optic or a 4mm Wolfram in Gold depending on what I'm trying to imitate

I was fishing a Northland Doodle bug this weekend pulled 30 through the hole in about an hour one am and 45 through the hole in the pm.  I think I found my favorite crappie jig/spoon
