DeadStickin` a spoon with a live minnow?
« on: Sep 28, 2009, 04:53 PM »
In New Hampshire are we allowed to deadstick a spoon w/ a treble hook and a live minnow attached to treble, in a rod holder,or are we required to lose the treble and put the siwash single on?

Hooks used for bait while ice fishing must have only a single hook
with a single hook point, per ice fishing device. From April 1 to icein,
two hooks may be used for bait per line, one with a single hook
point and the other with no more than three hook points.

yeah any time you use bait on the hook (including artificail baits) you can only have 1 hook point, if you dont put any bait on you can use the treble
