Title: Open water helix 7 for ice
Post by: piersm2 on Jul 31, 2018, 09:15 AM
So I got this wild hair that I think I’m going to buy a open water helix 7, get an ice ducer and mount it to my genz box.  My question is what is a good price for an open water one?  Found the open water equivalent to the ice unit (I believe) on amazon for $394.  Humminbird says the MSRP on their site is $449.  Considering we are getting to the end of the season, is it realistic to find one for cheaper?

I use my helix 7 from my boat for hard water. Bought the case for it last year works great!
