Small table for permy/Ice Castle

I bought the Little Jigger last year - love it; however, I've been trying to come up with a way to put a small table in it.  I was thinking of one of those small folding laptop tables, but the legs won't fit under the Jack-Knife sofa.  I've also seen some people with a seat post mount, but I want something a bit more maneuverable. 

If you're unfamiliar with the Jigger, all four holes are along one wall.  I tend to fish to two end holes and use a cam in one of the center holes. 

I found this online - a bit spendy, but my concerns are, I'd have to modify the mount away from the edge of the sofa, and, there's a cabinet door in the center of the kick board under the sofa:

In my old homemade permanent, the layout was the same, but the house was narrower, and I had a table mounted to the opposite wall that was on a hinge and held with chains.  I'd just un-hook the chains and it would fold down out of the way.

I figured there may some other ideas.  I don't need a large table, just one for a couple guys to play cards or cribbage.  There was an ice house at the ice show, which had a similar layout as mine, but there was a table top built into the center back cushion that folded down - neat idea.  I wish the Jack-Knife sofa had that.

Two ideas come to mind ..adding some adjustable shelving tracking/brackets behind your cushions..add some brackets to a  table top and foldable legs ..or maybe an adjustable work bench/table.. if height is an issue maybe add some PVC pipe to its legs .Hope you find a solution

This is the fold down table I have in my shack made of plywood and a few hinges. It folds up out of the way when not in use, there is also have a fold down double bed!

I just picked up a Nearpou that folds down nice or a old camper table that slides into track on wall with leg that drops down

Find yourself a camper table similar to this. Mount the bottom plate to a small piece of movable sub floor and it can all be set up, torn down, moved around or put out side in seconds. Works great for my spear shack.
