Couldn't agree more. I love this forum and will have a hard time when it slows down for the summer. I know that MFF is there but I'm will still be counting the days till IS picks up again.
My friends are very impressed with the forum to and credit my time on the forum to a very productive hard water season.

Thank you all for making my own ice fishing adventures a little more enjoyable.
For me, icefishing is a lot like bowhunting.......a solitary sport (most of the time) that I enjoy, but the part I LOVE most, is to share my memories with everyone. This forum is a great place to spend some quality time. All it's members are a great bunch of sportsmen. With that I leave you with this,

Thx to you Grump for all your efforts 8) and to the rest of the members for making this board an enjoyable place for me. This is by far the friendliest and  most open forum that I have experienced. The members here are real/reel fisherman not just "internet trollers" and wise guys. Other boards may have more members but many only share opinions but never a fishing story and for the most part they will not give out any details on their success. This board talks fishing and is very complimentary when someone posts success as opposed to the sniping that occurs on other boards. Keep it up Grump and the rest of the gang...

I would have to concur...this is my second season on the ice and I'm having a blast...a good time at Dauphin with a few members, learned how to get to the infamous Delta, found out about calving sleds and much more.  I've learned a lot and laughed a fair bit too.  The only downside is that I have kind of neglected a few other things around the house based on the amount of time I spend here on IS
