i had to go out and buy some unisom sleep gels cause i lay down to go nite nite and all i can think about is my next fishing adventure....AM I THE ONLY ONE LOOSING SLEEP OVER THE HARDWATER SEASON... Its starting to be a problem....i spent 20 years fishn and hunting in alaska but somn about nh has me sleepless.

I would think after fishing in Alaska you would want nothing to do with it here lol. I am the same way though.

yeah it's diff alot of diff species down here..i spent the last 20yrs catching. trout, salmon,grayling,char...down here there is alot more species and its new and exciting...smaller fish but still exciting well crap i havent had a whole night sleep since ice up..

I get up very early on days that I'm going to fish so sleeping is generally no problem at night. Pretty tired by the end of the day.

I actually get more sleep during the work week (get up at 5 am) than I do on the weekends (get up at 3:45 - 4 am).

doesn't matter if it is a trip to the big lakes with my buddies or a just a day out to the local ponds/lakes with my kids. I can never stop thinking of the next trip out. I love the ice.

Oh your not the only one, Ill try to go to bed at 9 before I go out the next day and I find my self every time going out and double and triple checking all of my gear, leaders, hooks, etc. sure does make waking up at 3:30-4:30 depending on travel distance.

Storm coming Tuesday night into all day Wednesday and all i can think about is this little pond I would love to fish any Guesses were I'll be tomorrow when they close work due to the storm "Shiners ready and gear packed"

Biggest fish I ever caught was in my sleep.. Your not the only one thinking about fish'n its my happy place. most think that's crazy but that's what makes it so fun right!

I only get a little screwed up the night before a fishing trip. I set my alarm for 4:30 or something and I wake up at 1:30, 2:30, 3:30... I wake up all night long and usually I am looking at my alarm clock as it goes off.

Was only able to get two hours sleep Sat.night,always afraid the alarm won't
go off. Don't know why I worry,damn thing goes off every work day morning.
Good day Sunday,we caught six bows and one small brook.
