shanty vandalism...again
« on: Feb 04, 2009, 10:46 AM »
just a heads up. my buddy had to move his shack last week. when he went to fish he realizes someone tried to break in.Kicked the sidewalls and door but didn't get in.then they must have tried to take the whole shack because you could see where they hooked up to the cable and tried to pull it away. Good thing he made a heavy shack! First time hes had this problem but instead of waiting for it to happen again he yanked it off and put it in another spot. This was out in gilford out in front of the marine patrol station.

My name is Andy and i'm a fishaholic....

If this happened to my shack and I caught them I'd be like Clint Eastwood in Unforgiven.

You hear more and more of stealing and breaking in or vandalism......This is not good we need to unite and get so good old fashion self justice for that type of people.

i would hit them with so many combinations they would think they were a "safe".....sorry about that....i couldn't resist
when chuck norris played golf for money, chuck marked down a hole in zero every time, the golf pro said, "chuck: you can't score zero on a hole." Chuck norris turned towards the man and said, "I'm chuck norris, the man proceeded to pour gas over his body and set himself on fire because that would be less painful than getting roundhouse kicked by chuck norris....chuck norris roundhouse kicked him in the face anyways

They might become a new form of "chum" for the derby.
Maybe they should be locked INSIDE a bob house overnight without any heat.
If they survive, they might lose some fingers and toes and can go free, but if they don't survive, Oh well!

Someone should come up with a trap, with orange dye that would cover the thief like the dye banks use.

rig a springpole snare with 20/0 treble hook set to go off when the door is open. you could follow the blood trail all the way home.

Hee, hee.  I'm an Exec. Chef.  Did that one already with a loaded choc, peanut-butter swirl cheesecake, for my FRIENDS!  We haze pretty hard.  Fun to see the scramble.   Could've been the beer and too many hours behind a desk, don't look at me...
