Kezar pond (Winthrop)

Looking for some info on kezar pond. Was reading online looks like a good jigging pond, was wondering if it actually is a decent place to fish? Thanks in advance!

there's no a public access to this during the winter. would have to "know" someone who lives there...
during the other 3 seasons, the river is really the only way in.
