I would like to take my girlfriends boys out icefishing. The closest place is silver lake. Been there 1 time and had no luck at all during the summer. Heard that its a really good place to do hardwate fishing. Any pointers ......jim s

If your talkin silver lake in barnard???? i like to fish at the far end near the big white (if its still white) camp. about 80 yards off the camp. always have done well there for bass pike and perch. med. shiners, and fatheads will do just fine there. glgl :tipup:
