Sorry but the ice was stretched beyond green island at 10 am,by 3 that ice had blown in by the old dock bu vets beach.  Same to be said at huddle bay,  that wind came out of the northeast and has been baning away ever since

If nothing is locked up at all again tomorrow we're prob waiting another 3 weeks til decent ice. Average year I guess.

Harris had a skim on it yesterday all the way out past assembly point with patches of open water here and there.  Problem is, that was in the morning and the wind was blowing right out of the north. Don't know if it held.  Its colder this morning though.

Bad news is, snow and warm weather coming Tuesday and Wednesday.

It is so spotty around MDB. I see big open areas even though the temp is 9 degrees out. We needed this 4 days ago. Winds 15mph tomorrow and temps 30+ for 3 consecutive days and nights after that from Tues-Fri. Damn, what a tease!

absolutely.  We are going to get flooded with some serious cold arctic air, and its going to have a bit of staying power.  Just gotta get through these next 10-12 days.  Usually we are on the LG deep water by Feb 5...we could be there by the end of this month fingers&toes crossed!!

Same here.  Decided to work tomorrow instead of Schroon....will save that PTO day for LG....

Lance I hear the togue train is a few stops away....won't be long until we're all aboard....

Logan....camping LG wise I have an idea...let's get a giant crew camping on the ice in front of my favorite house next to vets!!!
