A friend of mine called me today said he had a problem with his LX-5 that he purchased from fishing pro store about 2 weeks ago. I contacted a friend of mine who's a prostaffer with Marcum.He told me to tell my friend to contact customer service@ fishing pro store and talked to Pete reola.The out come was that fishing pro store was sending a brand new lx-5 unit out as they spoke NOW THATS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.Thanks fishing pro store    PWR BAIT

They were good to me as well.  I originally bought my LX-5 from them, but when it came accross the border, UPS nails you with that "brokerage fee" and all the taxes.  They wanted $106.00 more at my door step.  I got a hold of Pete via e-mail and explained the situation.  He gave me the option to refuse the package at the door and I'd get refunded.  I bought my VX-1 from them last year, and had no problems that time.
